We don’t replace your care team. Scoped Navigation gives you guidance and tools to take the right steps. Concierge adds hands‑on coordination and execution where appropriate.
What exactly do you guarantee?
We guarantee what we control: clear recommendations, responsive guidance, and advocacy expertise. We can’t guarantee hospital or insurance actions or timelines.
Will I work with Nichole Davis directly?
Yes. Currently all patients work with Nichole. Since we are growing, in some cases, certified advocates may support delivery—Dr. Davis reviews every plan.
Where should I start?
