Introduction

Our practice is committed to providing exceptional advocacy and support services for our clients. The Care Compass Session fee is a fundamental part of our introductory process, ensuring that each case receives the attention and expertise required for a comprehensive evaluation. This policy delineates the scope and limitations of the Care Compass Session service for which you have paid.

Care Compass Session Fee and Services

The Care Compass Session fee is meticulously structured to cover a comprehensive evaluation of your specific situation. This fee compensates for the advocate's time and expertise, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Conducting an in-depth discussion to gather essential details about your situation.

  • Reviewing and refining notes and timelines to better understand the complexities of your case.

  • Compiling recommendations on the best course of action tailored to your needs.

  • Calculating costs for services required to achieve the desired outcomes.

Following the session, the advocate will create a customized strategic plan tailored to your circumstances. This plan will include actionable recommendations, a timeline for implementation, and transparent service fees. This is the deliverable of the service.

Scope of Services

It is crucial to understand that the Care Compass Session fee solely covers the strategic planning phase of your advocacy. This includes the initial evaluation and formulation of a plan of action based on the information provided and gathered during the session. The following are explicitly included within this phase:

  • Comprehensive examination of the client's situation.

  • Direct consultation with the client to understand and gather crucial information.

  • Development of strategic recommendations for moving forward.

Care Compass Session fees are non-refundable.

Limitations

The Care Compass Session fee does not extend to the execution of the proposed plan, attendance at appointments, or any further services beyond the strategic planning phase. Similar to hiring a contractor for a home condition assessment, our fee compensates for the expertise in evaluating your situation and devising a strategy, NOT for implementing the strategy or ongoing support services.

For the execution of the strategic plan and any additional services outside the initial sessions' assessment, separate fees will be applicable. These will be discussed and agreed upon before any further actions are taken. Clients who move forward with the customized plan and pay the separate fees associated with required services will have their Care Compass Session fee credited to overall service fees.

This policy is designed to ensure that you thoroughly understand what the Care Compass Session fee entails and the extent of services provided under this fee. We are dedicated to offering tailored, strategic solutions during the session assessment phase to pave the way for successful advocacy on your behalf.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accepted the Care Compass Session Policy as outlined above. I recognize that the session fee covers only the strategic planning phase, is non-refundable, and that any implementation of the proposed plan or additional services will require separate agreements and fees. I understand that without this acknowledgment and acceptance, the Care Compass Session will not proceed.
