Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy We’re honored you’re considering Wayfinder Patient Advocates™ for support. Please review the following terms before booking your Clarity Session: Availability & Scarcity Only 2–3 Clarity Sessions are available per week. This ensures each client receives the highest level of focus and support. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Session Details Each Clarity Session is 60 minutes, virtual (phone or video). The purpose is to provide strategic clarity, navigation guidance, and direction—not medical care or case management. Payment & Rescheduling Payment is due at booking to confirm your session. You may reschedule once with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
