Wayfinder Patient Advocates Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At Wayfinder Patient Advocates, we are committed to providing exceptional service and dedicating the time and attention necessary to support each client’s unique needs. To ensure availability and accommodate all clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation or Rescheduling Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee equal to 50% of the session fee. This policy helps ensure fairness and respect for our time and resources. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies can arise. Exceptions to the late cancellation fee will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, the full session fee may apply, and future scheduling opportunities may be impacted.
